Aikyam Experiential Learning (AXL) is an innovative program designed to empower students to develop 21st century leadership skills through a series of student-led and facilitator-guided activities. The program is rooted in experiential learning​, computational thinking, design thinking and story telling.

• engaging in risk taking and perseverance

• analyzing complex problems

• applying critical thinking and empathy to reframe a problem

• using various media forms to showcase ideas,  influence audience thoughts and inspire actions​
