Aikyam Trailblazer is a design thinking & AI-enabled leadership program for future-ready youth.  It is specifically designed for high-school and college bound students.

This program enables students to:

• Frame a community problem using evidence rather than assumption - through empathy, research and root-cause analysis

• Ideate a range of solutions and select one using clear criteria instead of personal preference alone

• Prototype a low-fidelity representation of a solution and test it with real users

• Communicate findings and recommendations through a structured pitch and a written brief

• Collaborate in a 6-person team with defined roles, rotating across modules and across projects so students experience different team settings

• Use AI critically to accelerate research, ideation, and drafting while verifying and correcting AI output against ground-truth community knowledge

• Document process, not just output, so someone else could reconstruct the team’s thinking journey
