Mosquito borne disease such as dengue and malaria spread because of   unclean surroundings - stagnant water, overflowing drains, clogged drains, garbage on the streets - which are breeding grounds for mosquitos carrying these diseases. In our villages we know that many people are suffering from diseases like dengue and malaria. We believe that there isn't sufficient awareness of the harmful effects of unclean surroundings.
